Born from the creative impulse of Paz Pugliese, an Italian-Argentinian raised in a hybrid world of music, languages, and cultures, Tai Paz vs Poteri Forti came to life in 2019 — a project shaped by inward and outward journeys, with the desire to move both spirit and body.

The group splits its time between Emilia-Romagna and Lisbon, with Bologna as its home base. Tai Paz reinterprets distant musical traditions and aesthetics through a deeply personal lens, experimenting with Afro rhythms and tropical grooves.

The lyrics — blending languages, irony, and real-life stories — tell of a humanity in transformation, aware of belonging to a nature that cannot be controlled.

Since 2022, the band has regularly performed in Italy and abroad, with notable appearances at Artisti in Piazza (2022 and 2024) and in Lisbon clubs like BOTA and Fábrica Braço de Prata.

They have released an EP, “Tai Paz VS Poteri Forti” (2022), and the single "Auga" (2023), recorded in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil.
